Location: Simi Valley, CA

RGI Utility Consultants (RGI), a PROACTIVE company, is responsible for the dry utility master planning for the various segments of the residential backbone roadways and separate residential enclaves within the overall 300 home, 1,700+ acre development.  Specific areas of concern are the upgrading of the backbone facilities in existing Tapo Canyon and Lost Canyon roadways.  Special needs are to maintain the existing services to the existing pumping stations while new grading occurs, as well as relocations of existing aerial facilities to accommodate the new eighteen-hole championship golf course.
