Mr. Braun has been the President of Proactive Engineering since its founding in 2006, and brings more than 35 years of experience in the industry. His expertise has been in leading both public works and land development projects, often leading large teams of engineers and sub-consultants. Prior to founding Proactive he operated in an executive management role for an international and publicly traded civil engineering firm.
He enjoys the hands-on role of a principal and likes being involved with projects. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Water Resources Engineering, with a focus on drainage.

Mr. Anderson has 40 years of diverse and valued experience that includes professional services, construction, and corporate management. This broad experience contributes to his unique ability to understand and manage the life cycle of development projects. As a professional engineer, Mr. Anderson successfully resolves challenges presented by difficult terrain, flood plains, shortage of water supply, quality of storm water runoff, inadequate transportation systems and preservation of environmentally sensitive areas.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and has been recognized as Alumnus of the Year by California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. He has also been named Engineer of the Year by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Mr. Gregory has expertise in the field of “Dry Utilities,” which encompass administrative, operational, and design knowledge for power companies, telephone companies, gas companies, CATV companies, and specialized telecommunications companies.
Bob Gregory sensed a need for one entity to coordinate the complex natures of the various Dry Utility Companies in concert with commercial and residential developments in the region. RGI joint-ventures with specific individuals or companies to complete specialized undertakings.
Mr. Gregory holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla (Formerly Missouri School of Mines) and is a Life Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

John McCarthy, PE

Mr. McCarthy is experienced in the development, design, and construction of flood control and drainage projects for public works and private sector projects. His experience is concentrated in the field of stormwater management, including hydrology studies, floodplain analysis, drainage studies and runoff management plans, detailed hydraulic analyses, and improvement plan preparation. He has prepared plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for public and private sector clients, including the California Department of Transportation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, County of Riverside, County of Orange, County of Ventura, and various cities and private sector clients throughout California.
Mr. McCarthy specializes in the development of complex flood control and runoff management solutions for both public and private sector projects. He also has extensive experience in flood control and storm drain facility design, including the design of flood channels, storm drain pipes, debris and detention basins, and ecosystem restoration projects.

Mr. Capuano specializes in presenting detailed and accurate cost estimates.

Mr. Pomeroy has over forty years of experience in senior positions in the development, design, construction and construction management industry. His project experience includes horizontal construction for large transportation and infrastructure installations, and complex vertical construction for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and retail applications utilizing all forms of project delivery and contracting formats. Mr. Pomeroy has provided executive leadership and been in responsible charge of more than $2 billion in development, design and construction in ten states, and on three continents. Senior management experience includes all facets of successful operations including: budget preparation, personnel and subconsultant selection, training and deployment, design, estimating, purchasing, construction, leasing and operations. He has worked on development projects that included partnerships, joint ventures and senior/subordinate relationships, public private partnerships, owners representation and has successfully managed those teams. Development experience includes project analysis, due diligence and pre-construction, public/private financing, land acquisition, and land entitlement.
