- Sherman Avenue from Day Street to Pepper Street and Sierra Mesa Circle to Elsworth Street
- Elsworth Street from Sherman Avenue to Alessandro Boulevard
- JFK Drive from Heacock Street to Paige Avenue
PROACTIVE was the Prime consultant and surveyor/civil engineer for the preliminary and final design for the half-mile street improvements spanning portions of Sherman Avenue, Elsworth Street, and JFK Drive.
As the prime consultant, responsibilities included ensuring ADA compliance, survey control, street cross sections, centerline stationing, project base mapping, right-of-way engineering, direct coordination with homeowners regarding project scope and impact, and overall engineering design support services.
