Phase 1: Proactive staff’s prior experience includes design and preparation for a Preliminary Grading Plan (Conceptual Grading Plan) and a Fire Access Site Plan for the 1.8M square foot Skechers USA Distribution Center. Scope also incorporated the proposed sewer improvements into the water utility plan. A site improvement plan for a proposed curb, ADA ramp, stalls, signage and striping was prepared, as well as precise grading for the proposed food building, pool, landscape and hardscape improvements.
Phase 2: Proactive is responsible for preparing the conceptual plans for the entitlement phase of a 750k square foot expansion building – representing Phase 2 of the Highland Fairview Corporate Park project. Final construction documents include rough and precise grading, private utilities, street, sewer, storm drain, domestic and recycled water public improvement plans and supporting hydrology and water quality reports.
